Children's & Women's Health Centre of British Columbia (C&W) is an agency of the Provincial Health Services Authority. It is made up of British Columbia's Children's Hospital, British Columbia's Women's Hospital and Health Centre, and Sunny Hill Health Centre for Children. As a teaching hospital and major provincial resource, C&W has three main roles: patient care, education and research.
 BC Women's Hospital & Health Centre provides services for women and families across the province including pregnant women and newborns, as well as women of all ages with specialized health needs. BC Women's is one of Canada's busiest and largest maternity centres with about 7,000 babies delivered each year. 
BC Children's Hospital provides expert care for the province's most seriously ill or injured children. Many of the specialized pediatric services at Children's are not available anywhere else in the province.

Provincial facility offering specialized services to children with disabilities, their families and communities throughout British Columbia. Sunny Hill serves children from birth to age 19. At the Sunny Hill site, children come for care as outpatients (65%) and inpatients (7%), and provides service to children in their own communities by outreach services (28%). Sunny Hill annually provides service to over 5000 children. The children come from nearly 300 BC communities.
